Jim "Chad Dad" Iannazzo did the right thing

Imagine your a MD in wealth management at Merrill. You got the universe by the balls. You gotta schlep it to manhattan to babysit your idiot analysts and come back to 3 million $ 1300 square foot home in CT. Day in and day out, it truly takes a toll. You probably used to love football, crackin some brews with the homie. Now you gotta pay for your wifes soul cycle and you had some goof ball kid that cant even eats nuts. NUTS.. they grow on trees ffs. Its a damn shame thats the kid you got, but you love him anyways.

So you call in a drink order for your lovable little guy. He drinks smoothies (kinda sus imo), but hey like I said, you love him and you can't choose your family. You specific say when ordering "don't use peanut butter, my son is deathly allergic", or maybe you said "no peanut butter"... or maybe you just said "my son is not a big fan of peanut butter," who can remember how you placed your order for your deathly allergic son? You've got a large book to worry about.

So imagine your son almost dies because of the smoothie you bought. Who are you gonna blame? Yourself? Proper ordering procedure when you have an allergic child? A corporation? Naw, that makes no sense. Your gonna blame the wretched bitches that are directly responsible for your sons plight - a bunch of high school girls.

But its not enough to blame someone. You gotta really make them see the light. You start off strong, just scream "let me talk to the fucking manager" with no context. Im sure they've never heard that one before. Maybe let them know that they are high school bitches, and make sure you don't take any lip from any immigrants. Yell at a decibel level appropriate for a rammstein concert, and make sure they understand you are physically intimidating. You didn't spend all those years honing those MD skills for nothing. Imagine the gall of these girls… excuse me these dumb highschool bitches, to refuse to engage you. Even worse.. imagine they refuse to let you into the employees only area.

Honest question, would any MD act differently? At that point you need to start screaming unintelligently and throw a smoothie at them. Its the only power move you have left.

So yea, TL:DR Big Jim is actually a chad dad and did nothing wrong.

Controversial

Totally agree with you, he is red pilled and alpha af. Stood his ground over a legit issue. People got offended by his words and throwing a smoothie (which did not injure anyone). Even if it's "illegal", I still respect it. I hate when people have no balls and don't stand up for themselves because 'the law" or "im scared people will dislike me for this".  The video was probably in a wealthy neighborhood because shit like that happens all the time in more ghetto areas and people just go on with their day. I saw the reddit comments and people were hating on the guy and then when they found out he was wealthy all these basement dwellers were like "yeah I hope he loses his money too".

Once again for Drumpfy, Sequoia and financeaocShill, this is a perfect example of why you can't have freedom of speech and be a conservative alpha or else you'll lose your job because college kids canceled you on reddit.

If any of you are offended by what he did you must be from very pu**y backgrounds because this is absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. Guy made a roast about someones race who almost killed his kid and then threw a smoothie at her. WOW OMG HE IS SUCH A BAD PERSON, how could he possibly enter the gates of heaven. Western society IS SOFT. But glad to see there's still some guys who have balls and dont give a shit what softies think of him.

I get it most of this site comes from wealthy backgrounds and private HS and then go to HYPS, so they never experience things like this and when it happens to their face they freeze up and act like the other person is some crazy psychopath who is mentally unwell. The truth is that this shit happens on the daily in more ghetto areas and people living in those areas just find it completely normal/ someone getting mad for a few minutes then leaving. To be honest, if he didn't say anything about race or immigration whatever, he wouldn't have been fired or arrested or whatever. But because America is so sensitive to "white man says mean words about another race", ML didn't want to get the bad PR of keeping an employee like that. Only in the west would words and throwing a smoothie at someone get you arrested. I guarantee that if this happened in any other part of the world ie Russia, China, Southeast Asia, Latin America, etc, he would not be fired or canceled. But Tik Tok and social media have made sensitive basement dwellers feel invincible since the media and HR are on their side. Anyone who is not a p***y would have no problem with what this guy did. I think it's a fucking funny video of some dude getting heated. But the softies who are obsessed with prestige and went to wealthy schools their whole life shit their pants if this was to happen in front of them

"Be a conservative alpha"

Who said he was a conservative?  Because he called someone an "immigrant loser"?  😂

Yeah the chances of him being a conservative aren't that high given the area. The chance that he's "I want my taxes low so i vote R" conservative is a bit more likely, but the chance he's a real conservative is extremely low.

I literally fuck almost every day. I've always been able to pull bitches. But yea because I go on WSO to pass time in between classes that means I'm scared of some feminist bitches okay sure yeah whatever makes you feel good since you get mad at my politics

Being NYC rich is so weird to me. Like 1300sqft is a lot to you and you still ride the L and you think you're wealthy?

Immigrants are so fragile

Right, the people who left their native country to move somewhere entirely new, where they may not speak the language, know the culture or have any personal connections, often to work jobs for shit wages and long hours, are "fragile".

What I think has no relation to what actually happened, which is why I asked.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

Ok I’ll say it and accept the motherload of MS!

Why the f is this news?

We have bodies piling up at the morgue from Covid. We are about to go to war. The market has dropped 10% in the last 10 days. Supply chain, racial equity, and climate change.

But no, f all that noise. We need the low down on an angry white man who used foul language (no slurs that I heard). If the man had been black, and the staff taunted him like they did, I guarantee the saloon door would have swung the other way.

Our country has become emasculated. Anyone else here play sports like football or hockey? My coach would ream JV kids that would make this MD look like a soy boy. Men could be men back then. And sometimes men yell. Happens.

What’s next? Get canceled for giving a New York salute in rush hour? Get fired when you critique an intern without velvet gloves on? I fear for the future. Country will soon have the backbone of a jellyfish.

There was a time when you could be an asshole and not have it filmed and broadcast to the world.  Exceptions being people that did outrageously bad things in front of news cameras.

Not saying what this dad did wasn't bad, but honestly as far back as the early 2000s, you could have done something like this and it would have been forgotten by even the employees by the next day.

I am sick of the sensationalizing of modern society.   Who care if someone called you a racial slur, just tell the dude the f off and move on with life (I saw that as someone who has been called slurs for my religion...I moved on).

He definitely acted inappropriately and deserves the reputational harm that comes from this. But damn that was a funny video.
