Job # 2

I'm looking to relocated to California or move-up in the Dallas market (where I currently work)

Graduated with an UG in finance and have been working as an acquisitions analyst for a small PE firm in Dallas, Texas since January of 2018. Since joining the firm in 2018 there have been a couple of additions in terms of personnel but we're still a small shop of about 8 people, thus lending toward having to wear many hats for the firm. I spend a majority of my time underwriting acquisitions but I've worked on every part of a project from closing on the property to final distributions, and everything in between (Literally everything you can imagine). In terms of underwriting, I've worked on deals of all asset types and classes, developments, land assemblages and deals that have provided various types of financing including TIF, FHTC & SHTC, LIHTC, PACE, EB-5.

What do my next steps look like? Senior Underwriter?
