I have been a longtime observer of the forum and it has helped me immensely over the years. I wanted to post an opportunity here as it might help give back to the WSO community. I currently work at a small firm within the CMBS market and will be transitioning out in the coming months. This leaves an open seat and opportunity for someone looking for an Analyst level position.

The firm is a privately-held commercial real estate advisory firm that offers several lines of financial services including CMBS and CLO Trust Advisory services, workouts and debt restructuring, asset management and foreclosure oversight, and capital markets lending operations.

At the firm you would be working very closely with some senior guys who all have 30+ years experience in the CMBS industry. If you are looking to work within the CMBS industry (or CRE as a whole) it is a great opportunity.
