Can anyone provide some insights into this team which I believe is part of their Corporate Banking franchise? The only few facts I know about this team are 1) they cover US subs of multinational companies headquartered in EMEA , LatAm, and APAC and 2) they just got merged with Treasury Sales so I would expect product offering involves treasury products like cash, trade, etc.
But my questions are 1) how much of the credit work do they perform and to what extent and 2) will they also get into strategic discussions such as M&A and spin-offs so that the analysts will also get some exposure to loans and other capital market products (bond, equities, etc.)?
