The hard part is when you're in the group discussion and have to play devils advocate for one of crappier opportunities. I know they used 5 this year according to a friend.
This too. Just make sure you aren't seen to be dominating the group. Ideally try to be "second in command" and always try and steer the conversation towards constructive decisions.
unless you have one of those loud mouth idiots that steer you into making terrible decisions ugh. I hate when I get those types in project groups.
