JPM Securities Services Leadership Program?

Just got the Hirevue, but there is almost no information on the program. I imagine it's just clearing the transactions of institutional investors, asset managers, and hedge funds, which is chill by me for a first job in this area. I'm curious about what HireVue questions there are and what the experience was like for anyone who did this program.

I used to work at JP and know a few people who work in securities services. It's an alright place to be, the hours are very very good in London, literally 9-5/6 in some instances, and the base salary is on par with other FO roles but bonus is much lower (like 5%-10% i think). It's kinda considered a Front Office position, but it's not really, I guess it's a bit like working in Corporate Banking in that regard.

As for the actual job, there are multiple teams within securities services. This could be anything from collateral & clearing, securities lending, ADR's, I think also some money market cash & liquidity management.

Be ready for the generic why jpmc and project/teamwork/culture style q's. It's not that bad, but then again I haven't gotten an update on my application post-hirevue yet so who knows.

Its basically the outsourced back office...

I used to work at BNPP Securities Services, most of the staff were women in their 50s, very few went to uni. This was all providing services such as Trade Support, etc.

I quit to work somwhere else. And made better connections here at my local grocery store selling fags and booze to locals. Now work in AM as an equity Analyst. Noone cared about my experience at BNPP when i Interviewed/networked.
