Junior Salesperson in Repo Exit Ops

So, I'm a junior salesperson in repo at a BB. I've been doing the job for about 6 months and am really enjoying it, but my firm hasn't been doing so well - in fact, even my VPs have a gloom and doom attitude about the direction the firm is taking (you can guess which BB I'm talking about...). Anyway, I'm not looking to jump ship any time soon because 1) we're not pulling out of the business, 2) I'm young and cheap, so I don't think I'm going anywhere any time soon, and 3) I want to garner as much experience, networking and marketability as I can before I look elsewhere.

That being said, after a year of doing sales (I was in ops for just under 2 years before jumping to FO), what are my odds of landing a junior sales job at another BB? I have a lot of contacts in sales since I've been at this particular BB for a while and am a VERY gregarious and friendly person, but my concern is that I know I don't want to do repo at another shop because it's not really respected at other firms like it is at my current place. That being said, what are your thoughts? Also, has anyone ever been in a similar position...? Thanks.
