Junior Transfer for BB

Hey everyone! I will be transferring in the fall as a junior from a top 40 non-target to a top 25 semi-target. The cause for this move is strictly due to a pursuit of A BB or EB 2018 SA position. I have begun networking with alumni at the university I will be transferring to but am worried about awkward conversations with recruiters as to why my resume has half of the info from my previous university. I was positioned to take over as president for the Student Investment Fund which manages 500kish and am also exiting with a 4.0 in Economics, but am not sure how to talk about this. I am currently interning in ER and started an Investment managment fund (60k managed) last year but don't feel like that is competitive enough for BB. I am behind coming from a non-target and wanted to know how I should approach:
1.) My resume
2.) Looking for a Boutique position during the fall to add to my resume
3.) Adding a PWM position to supplement my ER work this summer
4.) Becoming a Wall Street Monkey..

I'd appreciate any thoughts or criticisms, thanks in advance!
