Keep screwing up quant interviews--what to study?

Had 4 or so quant phone screens so far, 4 rejections.

The first couple I hadn't seen/wasn't prepared for the type of problem, tried to work through the problem, but the recent ones I've either frozen up, or made some critical errors (like not counting/realizing I should certain cases for a combinatorial problem). I know 4 interviews isn't a lot, but I'm trying to figure out how I can improve and avoid these sorts of issues in the future. Any suggestions on how to proceed/improve?

I've done problems from the usual sources, (Glassdoor, Practical Guide, Heard on the Street, etc.), but I feel like I haven't "learned" anything in terms of patterns/approaches to specific types of problems. Any advice for working on that, and figuring out classes for types of problems?
