Ken Moelis is Now a Billionaire, is MC Built to Last After Him

Interesting profile from Bloomberg the other day on Ken Moelis and him becoming a billionaire. It is crazy impressive to think about what he's built.

The article says he plans on stepping down from the CEO role in five years, although still remaining at the firm and just focussed on doing deals. Do people think MC is built to endure without Ken Moelis as CEO? Between the true EBs of MC, EVR, LAZ, Centerview, and PJT, I'm curious where people would want to hitch their wagon.
