Personally, I’d go with URochester as it probably places best out of the three (especially in New York). It’s still only arguably a semi-target though, so you’d still need to have a pristine resume and stellar GPA. Best of luck.

if I were in your shoes, I would choose University of Rochester Simon first, next choice would be OSU, then third Minnesota. I feel like Rochester has the best finance reputation among the 3, but I am about to start my MSF this August at a different university so I am not an expert in the slightest. I just thought I’d weigh in because I was considering applying to OSU at a time and if I was given a choice between Fisher and Simon I’d go Simon. just my opinion
