KPMG vs SKP

Hi all, another offer comparison post here. I'm a senior considering two full time offers: KPMG in their strategy group or Simon-Kucher & Partners in their generalist group. Both located in the same HCOL.Looking for advice in how to compare these offers across: exit opps; comp progression; brand/name recognition. Leaning towards KPMG given increased breadth of work/brand name but unsure if I'm thinking about this right, as I slightly liked SKP's culture more and they're offering $12k more in TC. Appreciate any help.
