LaSalle Investment Management Interview Asset Management
Have a superday with LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago in a couple of days. I'm interviewing for a Financial Analyst role on their AM team. Meeting with about 9 people (mostly 2 on 1's). Anyone have any insights into their process? They mentioned a case study would not be a part of the process.
I had a buddy go through a similar process, but he was abroad and they did it via skype. It was mostly behavioral questions and the basics (whats a cap rate? walk me through a pro forma, etc.) I would be prepared to answer technicals, but I'd focus more on the personal experience and strengths. If you're able to effectively answer any behavioral question, you will be fine as long as you don't come across as an idiot on any technicals.
