Late Start to Banking; Where can I still go for decent experience & opportunity 2019?

So I came into undergrad at a non-target as a bio major & in my 2nd semester, I realized I enjoyed finance so I switched into the business school my sophomore year. I quickly became overwhelmed with the world of banking and its own weird, pulsing culture within itself. Although, I realized I am way behind on internships/experience/applications to get into any BB this 2019 summer. To catch up I enrolled in the Invest Like The Street analyst program which basically covers modeling, research, and the heavy topics. I am a junior now and I didn't start applying until late August, which is well too late for many banks. Any ideas of smaller, less timeline intensive firms that may still be open? Boutiques, global firms? So far I've heard Cantor Fitzgerald, LLoyd's, Brown Brothers Harriman. Thanks!
