Lateral into Consulting?
Hey guys,
I graduated from a big state school two years ago and have been in an operations job since in industrial gas and equipment. Started with a leadership development program. Now it’s basic distribution, production and engineering support. GPA was only at 3.0 but I was in the engineering school (though focused on distribution). How feasible is it to break into an analyst position at big 4 company? Preferably something like a BTA from Deloitte or a S&O analyst if possible. I think it could give me a better variety of choices for my future and let me get to an industry I want. Super into new tech, and finance is interesting as well. What steps would I need to take if it’s possible without getting an MBA first? also feel free to redirect me if someone has asked this before
