Lateraling as Senior Associate

Hi all,

What are some private / growth equity shops that tend to take (senior) associate laterals from other PE shops, after they've completed their two associate years?

Just thinking of my options, as I'm at a 2-and-out shop and don't plan to spend an absurd amount of money going to do my MBA after two years, but would still like to continue working in the industry.

I did this. Although it was associate to associate program (I don't care about titles personally).

I ended up getting my new job stand alone by talking with a guy at another fund that got me dinner with a MD which lead to a superday.

However, I also met with all the major headhunters when they were in town for IB-->PE recruiting. I found HSP, Oxbridge and Amity most helpful. They put me in their system as a person looking for lateral positions and still to this day I get 2-4 emails a month with lateral opportunities (however 50% are definitely out of scope like a credit shop or fortune 500 corp dev.).
