Lazard MM Minneapolis office - status in 2021?

Does anyone have any insight into the LMM Minneapolis office? Most of the Minneapolis posts are pretty centered around Piper and kids wanting to get a spot with HL RX (which is pretty fair TBH). Would love to get an up to date sense of deal flow, hours/lifestyle, office culture, exits, etc.. I've heard everything from super sweatty shitshow to a solid group with strong lifestyle (okay hours, analysts able to take vacation without too much worry, etc.) and half-decent exits.

Would say it's on par with Piper or HL Minneapolis, but that's just from what I've seen.

Analysts are shared across most verticals (I believe Consumer has their own dedicated ones) and culture was decent. Consumer team is notorious for sweatshop-like culture, long hours, etc. Chemicals is crushing it and Industrials overall is solid and has multiple strong MDs. Business Services is pretty good but less concentrated in MN. Overall, there's a large core group of bankers (most among LMM offices IIRC) and a good, not great culture.

Perks are market, including a fully stocked kitchen, uber reimbursements after 9pm, etc.
