Lazard or Centerview?

I have an offer from Lazard and am considering interviewing with Centerview. What are people's opinions?

To me, it seems like Lazard is more established with a more consistent deal flow. However, suffers from massive attrition due to its longer (than most) working hours. Analyst class at Centerview is 4 a year, Lazard is closer to 25 so I suspect that interns and analysts at Centerview are given a far more immersive experience. I also get the impression that Centerview also hires for the long run. I'm going into M&A and am quite open about the sector team I join. Any opinions on which is best/most reputable?

The analyst class at Centerview is not 4 a year...it's 20+. Both awesome options though. Only caveat is the 3-year program at Centerview turns some people off who are set on exiting.

You would probably have to sneak around... do you really think a firm that emphasizes a 3 year commitment would give you time off to interview 6 months into the job? Plus, if you recruit early I'd imagine you lose a lot of the benefits to recruiting from cvp - more deal experience at the time you recruit 1.5 years in, etc.
