LBO Model - No Historical Financials
Doing a Private company lbo model with no historical financials but just financial projections and a target IRR. Any thoughts on how to derive working capital / balance sheet since I don't have no historical financials?
Look @ public company industry comps. If there aren't any, think about the type of company and what would make sense given the industry / business model.
