Leaving after 7 months?
I'm currently working at a respected MM bank (Blair, Baird, Piper Jaffray) and getting recruited to another bank that isn't a pure investment bank but does similar sized transactions. Role differences would be generalist as opposed to industry focused, more transactions on my resume and most likely a better culture fit from current group's dynamics. I'm not decided, but wanted to get a feel for how big the downside risk is for leaving after 7 months to a different bank with regards to headhunters and opportunities post-banking. Thanks in advanced for the input.
