Legal to consult with counterparty while on maternity leave?
Heard of an employee at a top hedge fund who consulted for a small liquidity execution platform on investment research while she was on maternity leave. The execution broker with a growing research arm is a counterparty of the fund.
How is this not a conflict of interest?
