Hi all,
I recently accepted a trainee role at a Chicago MM bank in their leveraged lending group. Pay is set for 6 months of training (65k) but I am curious what I should ask for/expect after that period is over with regards to salary?
Also, any info about hours, exit ops, etc would be really valuable as well if you are familiar with the space.

That's standard in BB too, in my opinion better position to take versus corporate / commercial banking relationship roles if you're looking to transition into IB or capital markets. If not then better off taking a corporate / commercial role because it seems like pay is so much higher.
