Career Resources
Value-add shop focused on industrial on the West Coast. Recently raised a fund but mostly do joint ventures. Their deals tend to be in infill locations and are on the smaller side.
Solid group. They established themselves by focusing on volume and efficiency in the CrossFit world and are slowly moving to the heavy lift work in the free weight scene. They may have to take on more risk than traditional players and could have a muscle blow up on them under the bars or in the racks, but sometimes that aggressiveness is what it takes to establish yourself in a new section of the gym as a legit contender. Either way, a good learning experience.
