Great culture as in the work is more fun then it would be elsewhere?

For comp, by street average, do you mean it's comparable to BB or to MM? Very long hours for average pay seems rough. (I'm guessing you mean longer hours than elsewhere)

Great people/culture, big focus on personable hires. Compensation is above average (though I guess it depends on deal flow specific to the year). Hours are bad but not worse than any other quality IB job. Exit opps unestablished -biggest risk, but likely to be good, if TMT focused, firm has good rep. Not sure how PE exit opps will look other than TMT PE
