List of high-quality acquisitions teams in Atlanta

I understand this topic has been discussed in years past, however I was hoping to get an updated discussion on the matter.

I am curious if anyone can add their thoughts on some of the shops that have acquisitions teams in Atlanta. Specifically, I am looking into firms that focus more on the institutional quality investments.

I have started a list below and would love some feedback regarding culture and comp on the listed companies as well as any other companies you think I need to add to the list.

Stockbridge - Heard generally good things about the culture and comp
Jamestown - Long tough hours but get to work on some of the coolest deals
Cousins - Class A office, unsure of culture & how well they comp employees
Cortland - Multi-family
Brixmor - just replaced their head of acquisitions for the SE, unsure of culture/comp; retail focused
Piedmont Office REIT - Heard they used to have an extremely rigid/old-school culture, however this may have changed since Don Miller (former CEO) retired this past summer
MetLife
Ares
Colony Capital
Prudential
Preferred Apartment Communities

Thanks
