Typically I start with banks at the bottom your "I would LOVE to work here" list. Get practice in for the ones you are more keen for. I.e. some have similar tests so you can practice
Ranges wildly from MS who were quick moving last year vs boutiques that are usually fast vs so firms that are still analyst recruiting in August
