London MM PE offer - is this fair comp?

Received an offer to join a MM PE fund in london as a 1st year analyst (have 1 yr IB exp).

Offer is £60k base + %70 bonus.

Fund has a good track record, I like the folk and the WLB would be better than my bank. Is this a fair offer / market comp? Seems a tad light to me.

What leverage do you have. You have virtually no work experience so unless you have another offer or think you can get one I would be careful
