Looking to get into strategy consulting, please evaluate my resume

I know it's not good enough for MBB, but I'm hoping to break into a tier2/3 firm like Accenture or Deloitte's Strategy & Ops group before I start my MBA. Let me know what you guys think.

Not just saying this because I work there, but Deloitte S&O is not easy to get into. What do you really bring to the table? Coming from audit is actually a huge disadvantage. My colleagues have a very low opinion of accountants, and I'm guessing so do you (presumably why you want to move onto something better). I don't see the second tier as an option for you right now, unless you get very lucky or know someone with significant clout. I would move up to Manager if I were you, and then apply for an MBA. From there, you should have a decent chance (still not a shot at MBB).

If you're at Deloitte, network like crazy and try to befriend people from S&O and hope that they are willing to take a chance on you. If you're not at Deloitte, try to transfer to your advisory practice and get staffed on more strategic engagements (there aren't really any pure strategy engagements, but some engagements have some pretty strategic aspects).
