Looks like Carlyle is hiring
See attached. This is for their asset mgmt. group. Someone might know better than me but I think it is pretty hard (read impossible) to transfer into acquisitions from this role. Others may know better though.

Feel like they post a lot for their Asset Management group, no? Wonder if it's due to growth or turnover. Even though I'm looking for acquisitions opportunities, I would gladly sacrifice that to pursue an AM role with Carlyle. Best in class IMO. Probably a tough interview process.
I think it is a little of both, they work them pretty hard and I think a lot of people work there for a few years for the experience and branding and the go get MBAs or go to other shops w/ more reasonable hours. So basically they're just on a cycle. The process is not too bad surprisingly a phone interview -> basic excel modeling test -> in person -> offer or nah. They're an awesome group with great people that you wouldn't mind spending a lot of time with.
are you recruiting for them or something?
What do you guys reckon the comp is?
some HH told me about $110k all in
Thanks man. That's not that great for D.C. though, ouch.
the turnover rate in their dc office is pretty impressive.
Interesting that they say "No more than 1-3 years experience in commercial real estate analysis"
Surely they mean "no less than 1-3 years"?
