Low GPA from a non-target. Against all odds.

Against all odds, I got an investment banking SA job with a 2.8 GPA and coming out of (insert typical non-target party school) of all places. After that, I made the jump to a Bulge Bracket on a macro focused desk for S&T. I'm not done yet, I'm on the Sales side of S&T and will be working on my next move to a HF over the course of the next year (2021). My question for my fellow grinders and overachievers: Where do i begin? I did the cold emailing and cold calling stint back when I was putting together my network and building relationships prior to interviewing. Where should I start? What are the steps to take? as I know the leap from S&T to a HF, especially from a Sales role will be a hard one.
