Consensus seems to be that on Warzone they're nuking Verdansk soon to make way for some new map... am I the only one who's gonna be kinda sad to see it go?? dropping in with the boys all the time made the pandemic far more bearable. Here's to getting dubs in whatever the next one turns out to be

Wishing you dubs in the drops to come bro. Its gonna be a bummer. I really wish they would keep it around, but I guess this is just the way things go in battle royale. Verdansk was literally my vacation home during a lot of this pandemic, and even with all the bugs, hackers, and flaws that Warzone has, I think that Activation & Company really did a great job making a fun battle royale that kept the good parts of past ones yet made this somehow still feel fresh. I'm hoping they bring that same energy to this new map. They released Warzone at the perfect time to help me and my friends stay in touch and actually do something together during COVID rather than just text, even though we are far from one another. Cheers to the memories in VUR-DONSK (as Tim would say).
Yeah overall I think they did a solid job. It is a little frustrating to see them bringing out new paid cosmetic items in the store every week and seemingly doing nothing about the hackers/bugs, but its still a hugely entertaining game. Heard some rumour that the next one will be 250 players but I doubt it, that sounds like it'd be way too hectic
Dude honestly I think 150 is a lot better than 250 for player count. Imagine how fuckin long those games will be if its 250.

You're right they could always have a rotation like in multiplayer, or maybe a direct choice although I heard that was a pretty bad decision for PUBG since it spread the player base much thinner.

Verdansk got us through the depths of lockdown and she will be missed. 17 wins here. What did everyone get up to? Excited to see what comes out next. I have been running on Resurgence lately with the boys, love the similarity to Alcatraz but it is way more frustrating than the big map.
Big fan of resurgence too (except for when they temporarily boosted it to 100 players a few weeks ago...that was unbearably hectic for no good reason)...sometimes good to have a faster pace game where you don't have to invest half an hour just to get sniped across the map by someone wallhacking. Plus it's a lot easier to get into a lobby with randos on resurgence because the likelihood they'll quit at the first sign of adversity is reduced.
Rebirth Extreme was so brutal, I think I got one win. Nova Six / Living Quarters have proved to be my sweet spots for wins on Rebirth just hit 70. Best part is game is done in 15 minutes where as my longest BR has gone 30 minutes.
Honestly I've always spent by far the most time on the normal verdansk BR mode - just find the strategy aspect pretty fascinating with the amount of decisions that your squad has to get right over the course of the whole match. Amax / SPR has been my go-to combo the last few months but still love to get sweaty with the mp5 every now and then
It is a fascinating game of psychology, you are talking about so many correct decisions in a row to win and even then you need some luck / good positioning at the end of the circle. Buddies and I got the Enigma so that is what I usually role with but i must say the 45 round mag kills me often...
SPR is so underrated. I like it more than the Kar.
I'm sitting around 70 atm. Been doing badly lately tho, idk whats going on. Getting mad kills with my go-to AUG/FFAR and AMAX/SPR (sometimes the Kar too) loadouts but me and the boys are just struggling to get the dub.
