What would you ask Warren Buffet on a lunch date?
For only $2.68 million dollars, you and seven friends can have lunch with Warren Buffet. Recently an anonymous bidder won a lunch date with Warren Buffet. This event raises money for Glide to aid homelessness in San Francisco. Just out of curiosity, what would you ask or discuss if you had a chance to have lunch with Warren? For a cool $2.68 million, you better have some really important or challenging discussions.
What would you monkey's discuss with Warren? That is, if you would want to have lunch with him. I personally would discuss his investing thoughts and how to successfully startup a business.

Lunch with Warren Buffet
I'd ask him what the best advice he ever received was. Also probably ask him what it's like to be a billionaire.
I would ask him for a small loan of a million dollars...
Will you run for office too?
I will UPEND and DISRUPT the entire political ECOSYSTEM. Make America a NATIONWIDE SEX DUNGEON again!
I would discuss the characteristics of cheeseburgers with him.
Coffee or tea Mr. Warren Buffet?
"Your place or mine? ;)" jk.
I'd ask him about the best piece of poon he ever smashed.
+1 SB for the milli and the poon!
"What would it take for you to pay off my student loans?"
I'd ask for like $50 billion.
Why would anyone pay this?
Are the hours as bad as people say they are? How much money do you make? What advice do you have for a freshman with a 3.3 GPA from a non-target looking to become a billionaire? Do girls like guys with a lot of money? How do I best position myself for a BB IB internship next summer? Do you think AI will take over IB analyst work?
Ha! Made me laugh out loud. +SB
When's Berkshire gonna start paying some dividends eh?
Why are you such a hypocrite?
Ask Warren Buffett a Question (Originally Posted: 03/07/2009)
So long story short, I'm going on a college sponsored trip to Omaha to see Warren Buffett this week. We have a chance to submit questions for a q&a by this (Saturday) afternoon, and then they'll pick some and we'll get to ask them to Buffett.
Does anyone have a question they would ask Buffett? I'm having a hard time coming up with questions that I feel like everyone else won't already be asking.
If I do get to ask your question, I'll definitely follow up with his response by next weekend. Thanks!
With Berkshire's $24 Billion in Cash, Money Markets & Treasury yielding negligible yields, AAA rated companies trading like BBB bonds, where does one stick excess cash?
I think simply asking where are you going to invest excess cash should do the trick instead of inundating him with facts about certain yields and sounding like an idiot.
It's past Saturday afternoon but I think asking him how he managed to score a MUCH better preferred rate than Paulson did would be interesting to hear.
ask this. it's actually a good question.

Okay guys, I'm going to Omaha in January to see Mr. Buffett, thanks to a school sponsored trip. Let's hear 'em, if you could as Warren Buffett one question what would it be?
"When did realize that you were rich enough to stop saying intelligent things and just start talking your own book?"
Feel free to use that one, otherwise I will save it for my own visit next year.
Just got back from a school sponsored Buffet trip. Experience of a lifetime. Tell your group to go to Gorats for dinner, it was great. Bar Fly is a cool spot unless you go out in city center.
"Which of your own songs is your personal favorite?"
Wait... sorry, wrong Mr. Buffett.
When I went, someone asked him what stock to buy, and the stock he recommended went up 100%+ in like a month or two.
I'd ask him what industries he sees as attractive over the next 5-10-20 years.
Can you ask him what's his view on the commodities markets? (cf. ConocoPhillips warrants he bought in 08, PetroChina)
Anthony, was it just your school that met him individually or was it a huge ordeal with multiple schools involved?
