Making the Move to MC from Risk Advisory in MM Public Acc

Based on my offers I will most likely be starting out of undergrad at a MM Public Accounting firm for Risk Advisory, think (RSM/BDO/GT) and I'd really like to make the move asap out of there. I got accepted into the big 4, but for Audit. I figured risk advisory would be the better move, at least it had advisory in the service line title. Less work, little more pay.

I wanted to know if there was a way before getting my MBA to make the switch over to consulting, either at the analyst/associate consultant level or the associate/consultant level, with a few years of work experience and getting my masters part time. Ex: M.S. Biotech from Johns Hopkins (I think I'd like the pharma/biotech industry for coverage). Or other advanced degree that falls well into an industry from another national brand university. (Currently coming out of no name state school in Cali)
Is it possible without my MBA? What are my options? Maybe Tier 2 (AccStrategy, OW, Kearny) or even LEK, Roland Berger. Something more strategy, I definitely need something more mentally stimulating. Help me monkeys. I can definitely network like hell if what I'm trying to do is even possible. Thanks for all two cents in advance.
