Market making exercise - Flow Traders
Hello everyone,
I am currently preparing for the case study at Flow Traders. If anyone could shed a light on:
1) What is the usual setup for a market making exercise
2) What are the common questions asked
3) Some general tips on how to approach this
4) Online resources with examples to get used to the format of order books and bid/ask quotes
Thanks a lot for your help.
Most firms - especially in a time of covid where they can't bring people into an assessment centre and test them use some form of simulation.
There are a few courses that teach you how to use the different simulators.
Thanks for your reply, but that's not what I'm looking for, it is too expensive!
That's the final round, right? It's just basic arithmetic and linear combinations to hedge ETFs and stuff. Nothing spectacular
Thank for answering! Could you give some more specific examples?
No
bruh
You do know that they made us sign an NDA, right?
Did you make it through? I am interested in applying to some market making firms.. Looking for some advice as I am from a non-target school with a non-quant background..
