Mars & Co vs Accenture Strategy

Hello everyone! I'm currently a Senior at a semi target for consulting (MBB comes and has info sessions but only hires 2-3 students a year). I've managed to land an offer for Accenture Strategy and for Mars & Co. I don't plan on being a career consultant and would like to go for an MBA or to corporate roles afterwords. Please advise.

My M7 school has a pretty good number of ACN strategy folks, but no one from Mars & Co, for what its worth. Since you have offers from both firms, why not speak to people at each firm about MBA placement and the like? Its definitely not presumptuous of you to do so, and if you are nervous about asking directly then poke around on linkedin and see if there are a lot of Mars & Co people at M7 schools (keeping in mind that it is much smaller than Accenture). I would as always consider cultural fit, what firm has people you like the best? Keep in mind you are spending tons of time with your fellow employees.

Mars & Co definitely has a good reputation, but not sure if it sees as much MBA business schools ">M7 placement as ACN.
