MBA Admissions: Claiming I am a URM Stuck In a White Man's Body??

So, I've been contemplating on ways to get an edge over other candidates and I've been coming up with nothing on the academic/career side that helps me in any way whatsoever. Thankfully, it's becoming more and more obvious that if a man or woman merely claims that they stuck in a wrong body that they will legally be deemed to be the opposite of the birth gender. So, if I claim I am a black woman stuck in a white man's body will adcom's have to legally take that into consideration as well? Will I actually have to go through pigmentation change (akin to the Mark Watson character in the 1980's hit "Soul Man"), or can I merely just say I feel this way? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Problem is he did it to be straight whereas I would become an instant lesbian (which probably would make me even more enticing for admissions.... a LGBT URM!!)

This is apparently more common than you would expect

You don't claim "black". You claim "african american", which you could "technically" be white for, such as south african. I have an Indian friend who claims african american because his parents are Indian immigrants from Africa.

There was an Egyptian kid at my high school (grew up in Cairo) that claimed he was African - American when applying for colleges.

Well that does it... I'm heading off to Cape Town for a 6 month sabbatical... will come back a born again African-American and surely be matriculating come the fall of 2015!

I know... I'm not saying he was doing anything wrong.

Affirmative Action based on race is REALLY stupid. But when you start using politically correct terms to refer to people's race, it just becomes a hilarious joke.
