MBA advice for someone applying in 3 years

Profile:

International, Asian Male, no name UG, hoping to apply to an MBA in 3 years or so.

GPA: Don’t know the US grade, above average in my class

GMAT/GRE: haven’t taken GMAT but GRE was 325

Extracurricular: Volunteering in underserved communities

I’ve just started working in the finance industry after master’s in a somewhat known University, and thinking of applying to a US MBA down the line.

I’ve just started working for a finance-adjacent company (think Bloomberg), and hoping to get an MBA and transition into IB in the US.

I know there are lots of blanks in the stats, but don’t know the official GPA until I submit it to WES. I’m planning on taking GMAT next year, but GRE wasn’t a huge challenge to me so I’m aiming 730+ with preparation.

Hoping to get into M7 - T15. One thing to note is I would need to be sponsored, so good placements, especially for internationals is very important.

I’m looking at Booth, Tuck, Yale SOM, and Fuqua at the moment. If there is any suggestions to add, something to increase my odds, or some harsh reality, throw it at me.
