MBA Application -- Undergrad GPA

Undergrad, I had a 3.4 from a non-target in finance while playing a sport. Finishing up a master's program at a semi with a 3.6. The first semester was 3.3 and I got prescribed an adderall over break and it made a huge difference and finishing this semester with a 4.0. I have moderate ADHD, and a lot of friends I had talked to were surprised I wasn't already on it.

I may be applying for an MBA down the road. Do MBA admissions look at GPA(s)? If so, is having ADHD and getting prescribed Adderall and then having big GPA improvement a good story to tell for why a low GPA?

I know there's a lot more to my application, but was just curious about the GPA part.

TIA
