Serious question: why did you come back to banking after an associate after 4 years pre-MBA? And, are you on an accelerated path because of your previous associate stint?

Yes. I think Senior Associate is most likely where you end up but you might be able to swing VP at a LMM firm. I'd focus more on comp than title and seeing if you'll get cut into the carry / put on an upward trajectory.
