MBA Intern - F500 Leadership Dev. Program - FT Salary Expectations?

Hey all,

I just finished up the first year of my MBA, and I'm headed to an F500 company to join a relatively fleshed-out MBA Intern Program for the summer. The program has the potential to generate FT offers for after one graduates, which are in an MBA-specific Leadership Dev. Program (2 yr rotation).

Can anyone give me a sense of what one might expect for salary/signing bonus on the FT end? If it helps, the summer MBA intern pay is hourly, but it annualizes to roughly ~95k and there's also a 5k housing bonus.

Also - any tips on how to boost chances of getting the FT offer much appreciated.
