GPA + very low ranked university + average work experience. Again, being URM may give you a high enough boost to succeed.
Not true. 730 and 3.4 meets the threshold for stats. Depending on the company, fldps can be pretty prestigious and tough to get into. Then if he moved into a good role post FLDP with some management experience he would have a chance at the lower MBA business schools ">M7 as a white dude. And as a black dude he has a good chance.
