I've been speaking with recruiters from one of thefirms, who said I looked like a strong candidate based on my resume, initial screening, etc. and want to put me through interviews. They initially reached out to me, but after talking more they put me in touch with a different practice which they felt was a better fit (who said there are some active needs I could fill). For reference, I'm currently at a big 4 firm, with 4.5 years of experience and a masters degree.
Can anyone provide insight into experienced hire interviews, and what the process/questions may look like? Curious if they'll be more general like they are known for, or if they'll focus at all on my experience (which is largely technology/digital strategy).
