MBB --> S&T

I'm currently working at MBB as a grad consultant, and am not enjoying the job at all. I've been in consulting for about 2 years and am trying to figure out a way into the markets (previously interned in S&T). I'd be interested in S&T (ideally exotics or flow derivs) with the goal of going into global macro but have no idea if it is too late for me to make this move now.

Any thoughts on how it might be possible to push through this move?

Hmm, I think it depends on what group you worked in. For instance, if you worked in energy, I think getting into some energy/power desks would be doable. Prop shops are also pretty open to taking people as long as you are technically sound. Otherwise, it's just networking and perhaps B school.
