MBB/Big 4/Accenture Recruiting Cycles

I recently graduated college and want to apply to MBB/Big 4/Accenture for entry-level consulting positions. Do all these firms only recruit on-cycle? Since I'm not in undergrad anymore I could potentially start whenever, instead of summer 2021 with all the spring 2021 grads.

I’m an UG and I’m planning to apply to 2021 summer internships to consulting. What is your outlook on that? Do you think they’ll freeze applications? Will it be way more competitive? If not, what is your view on return offers? Will it be the same as other years?

It’s a good question and to be honest I’m not 100% sure. If I had to guess, class sizes would be about the same, I don’t expect any serious drop in business activity a year from now. Granted, “about the same” is a slow down considering MBBs have been growing at about a 10% clip for years.
