McK Leadership Case

Can anyone shed more light on the Leadership Case component of McKinsey final round interviews?

"During the Leadership Case you will be presented with some challenging situations involving other individuals or groups, and you will be asked how you would respond to those situations."

I understand that I can't really prepare for this and will have to rely mostly on my gut instincts and life experiences to date. But it'd be nice to understand this process a little better. Is it role playing? Will this be a group exercise? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!
