McKinsey Interview Question
I somehow landed an interview with McKinsey coming from a non-target.
The recruiters told me to give them a list of available times before a certain deadline for them to conduct the interview.
Should I give them all my available times or should I try to give them dates closer to the deadline? I want to balance having enough prep time with my general eagerness to interview. I understand that a few days can only make a marginal difference, but at this point every small advantage counts.
Thanks.

I think as long as you offer 3-4 spots, and not all on the last day, you will be completely fine.
If you have other interviews and McKinsey is high on your list, I'd try to give yourself a "practice run" with a 2nd tier firm. That said, don't worry about it too much either way, McKinsey was my first case interview, and I made it through that round.
