Are all McKinsey interviews led by the interviewer for internships, or does it depend on the round? What about the first interview round? Even if it's "interviewer-led," if it doesn't feel like you're the one leading the case, you're doing it wrong.
My understanding is that the 1st round is fit + case, just like the later rounds, except that those also add some different business situation/behavioral type interviews, but I'm no expert.
