I saw on McKinsey’s website that they’re now taking applications for business analysts in the Austin office. Given that this is the first year they’re doing this, I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the office/how the newness might impact the experience or staffing across deals (even given McKinsey’s national staffing model). Staffing will be fine, since it's never been office-specific. Culture will depend on the people, but should be good if it's anything like the rest of the South.
