MD final round Rx interview
Hi all.
Have final round with head MD / Partner for a position with AM / FTI / AP.
Any advice on what to prepare? I was told it wouldn't be case study focused or too technical and more about my history, motivations for firm and role.
Any suggested competencies to focus on? Guess operational problem solving, Stakeholder management, multi tasking etc?
Will also look at recent trends and examples of restructuring cases and brush up on why firms need to restructure and how it's done etc but any other advice would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks
Hey, I'm here to break the silence...any of these links help you?:
Hope that helps.

MDs: super busy. Don't bloviate. Be direct. Ask incisive q's. Try to think of new and relevant things to tell them.
Good impression, "Candidate X was not just another stuffed shirt spewing generalities. Candidate X actually made me think a bit - in a good way."
thank you. think i have some insightful / non standardish questions i could ask. ive been told that there will be multiple interviews back to back (all same partner / md level). is it a risk to ask same questions? some can definitely be reused but i dont want them to go "wtf he asked us the same thing?"
