Questions Regarding Mercer Healthcare Consulting Analyst Internship

Hello everybody. I am a junior community college transfer student at a semi-target. I have little prior internship experience, though I did start and am currently running my own business. I was rejected by all the clubs I applied to, so this coming Summer 2022 internship is going to play a huge role in what I can get outside of graduation. I hope to get a management or strategy consulting role at a T2 or MBB after graduation or a few years out.

I am currently in the second round for a healthcare consulting analyst internship at Mercer. I understand healthcare is a niche fit, and with the little experience I have, the last thing I want to do is box myself into a dead end. Would an internship here, if I am offered it, position me for a management or strategy role? Would I be better off disregarding this and setting my eyes on other internships that are actually management or strategy?

Thanks in advance.
